System Requirements

• A Java runtime environment version 1.8 or higher.
• Apache OpenOffice or LibreOffice; the latest stable version is usually recommended.

• Any operating system for which Java and Apache OpenOffice/LibreOffice are available (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, FreeBSD, etc.). Refer to the system requirements of the OOo distribution you plan to use for operating system requirements.

  • For use as a web application / web service you will also need a servlet container such as Apache Tomcat.
